Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degrees strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute strategic growth objectives.
• Lead development and execution of operational strategies to support long-term goals.
• Provide executive oversight for all operational functions including vendor procurement and customer commitments.
• Establish scalable operating models to support growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Champion operational excellence with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop area budgets, forecasts and resource allocation strategies.
• Balance growth with service quality and financial performance to maximize enterprise value.
