Job summary

Based in McLean, VA or New York City, this hybrid role partners with Growth and Solutions leadership to translate technical work into scalable offerings. You will lead strategic validation, oversee early-stage engagements, and mentor delivery teams while driving
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive MEP engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience working with institutional investors or operating platforms.
- Experience in portfolio-level decision making, advisory capacity, and influencing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define, validate and scale new service offerings from concept to market validation.
- Provide senior technical oversight during pilot or early-stage engagements to test approaches and identify delivery risks.
- Translate technical capabilities into commercially viable offerings and support proposals, renewals and client conversations.
- Mentor technical talent and collaborate with delivery leaders to scale services and develop leadership pathways.
