Job summary

Crane Center in Texas is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee business development, operations, and administrative services. The COO will be based in Austin, reporting to the CEO, and will guide execution of strategic plans across three locations to drive growth, control costs, and ensure compliance and patient safety.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align departments, monitor KPIs, and implement scaling strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior operational role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Clinical Sub Specialty or Business/Finance/Operations field.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and KPI driven management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor long-term metrics related to growth, productivity, quality, patient satisfaction and financial performance.
• Support physicians to achieve growth, productivity, quality and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Lead HR, IT, and Marketing to align annual targets and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and establish policies.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to CEO.
• Talent development and retention to build high-performing workforce.
