Crum & Forster is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to translate A&H strategy into disciplined execution across Claims, Cost Containment, Technology, Data and Operational Excellence.

Reporting to the President of Accident & Health, the COO will lead enterprise-wide operations, drive efficiency, improve customer experience, and build scalable capabilities to support profitable growth and strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience within insurance or financial services.
• Executive leadership across complex operational environments.
• Proven track record of improving operational and financial performance.
• Experience leading operational transformation and technology-enabled change.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
