Job summary

Seaview, a New York City–based production company, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to execute the CEO's strategic vision across creative, financial, and operational priorities. The role partners with the Board and internal leaders to align budgets, cash flow, and governance while fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, and high performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership in entertainment/media.
• Experience leading finance, operations, and legal/business affairs.
• Experience building and scaling systems, processes, and teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• MBA or JD is of interest, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations aligning creative, strategic and financial priorities.
• Partner with CEO and Board to report on financial health and initiatives.
• Own budgeting, revenue modeling, and P&L management.
• Lead organizational design, people strategy, recruitment and development.
• Oversee legal/biz affairs and external counsel.
