Job summary

ElevenX Capital seeks a Chief Operating Officer to oversee all financial, administrative, legal, and operational functions of the firm, partnering with Managing Partners on strategy, fundraising, and portfolio performance management.

The COO will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel; and build performance dashboards across portfolio companies, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the investment

Qualifications

• Background in sell-side transaction work and litigation support.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven governance and operational management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the fund, management company, and venture studio.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and legal counsel.
• Develop and oversee performance reporting frameworks for portfolio companies, KPIs, and dashboards.
