Job summary

PureFlow is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own the day-to-day operations and scale the business from a growing DTC brand perspective. You will collaborate with a peer Operations Officer and lead across systems, automation, and compliance to ensure nothing slips as the company expands in the US and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring: job posts, screening, candidate calls for company fit
• Build contract templates per role with legal; onboarding, app access, SOPs, and knowledge base maintenance
• Hold monthly KPI reviews with team heads and report performance to leadership
• Oversee supply chain: 3PL, inventory, sourcing, and vendor management
• Drive automation: identify repeatable processes, implement AI tools, and streamline reporting
