Job summary

The Jay Group Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Operations to supervise performance across its extended fulfillment network, including four sites in PA, NV, and TX, and a new Houston facility. This executive will set strategy, standards, and rhythms to operate the network as a single system.

Responsibilities include leading site directors, driving productivity and safety, and partnering with Finance and IT to sustain growth while maintaining service and margin targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading multi-site fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL operations.
• Proven P&L or gross-margin ownership in high-volume WMS environments.
• Experience launching/expanding facilities; greenfield startups preferred.
• Deep knowledge of engineered labor standards and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating plan for the full fulfillment network: capacity, labor, service standards, and cost targets by site.
• Translate growth plans into operational readiness: space, staffing, equipment, and process capacity.
• Serve on the Executive Leadership team; own operations rocks, scorecards, and cross-functional issue resolution.
