Joseph Michaels International is seeking a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead a complex, multi-site 3PL and warehousing network. This executive will drive profitability, lead senior teams, and implement standardized processes across six states and multiple facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, advanced P&L management, and a track record of scaling operations while maintaining high safety and customer service standards. On-site with regional travel, reporting to the CEO.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• 5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors, regional managers, or senior leadership teams.
• Proven experience managing full P&L across multiple facilities.
• Track record of improving efficiency, profitability, and safety across operations.
• Experience launching new facilities or managing growth initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, labor management, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics across six states.
• Develop and mentor Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility with focus on profitability and cost control.
• Establish SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement across locations.
• Drive safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and labor productivity improvements.
• Lead new facility startups and customer implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership on growth and pricing strategy.
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve forecasting and decisions.
• Implement labor management strategies and productivity standards.
• Build leadership pipeline through coaching and development.
• Ensure safety regulatory compliance and operational standards.
