Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Vice President, MEG Oncology Head to lead the 3-year Oncology MEG portfolio, overseeing governance, executive engagement, and strategic evidence planning from Princeton, NJ. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with WWTA, GDD, HEOR and senior leaders to deliver enterprise impact.

The role demands 15+ years in science with 5+ years in trial leadership, and a strong track record of strategic execution in oncology.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of scientific/industry experience.
• 5+ years in clinical trial leadership.
• Oncology portfolio experience preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3-year MEG Oncology strategic plan and set portfolio direction.
• Provide executive oversight of IEPs across solid tumor and hematology assets.
• Govern the Oncology MEG book of work and ensure resources and reporting.
• Lead governance through TAG forums and MEG leadership.
• Drive data-driven strategy using analytics and digital tools.
• Chair reviews for protocols, amendments, and budgets.
