Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of Medical Evidence Generation (MEG) Operations Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for the MEG trial portfolio within the assigned TA. You will manage Global Trial Leads, balance resources, and ensure delivery on time, budget, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include portfolio oversight, risk management, and governance representation, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS or higher; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leading global clinical/medical trials and teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management for Global Trial Leads, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Oversee TA portfolio operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide study protocols, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
• Lead budgeting, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration across MEG.
