Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in New Jersey seeks a Director, Medical Evidence Generation for Cell Therapy to lead evidence generation and medical support across sponsored studies and IEP-aligned assets.

You will partner with WW Medical, MEG Cell Therapy Lead, and study teams to drive protocol development, medical input, data oversight, safety reviews, and CRO management, advancing MEG priorities with strong scientific leadership.

Qualifications

• MD required with 2–3 years of clinical trial experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading medical affairs-led studies and/or cell therapy development.
• Ability to build credibility with external investigators and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical accountability and oversight for MEG studies aligned with IEP.
• Collaborate on protocol development, ICF, and medical input during design.
• Support study execution: data oversight, site activation, enrollment, and adjudication.
• Oversee safety narratives and partner with global patient safety teams.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and manage external CRO partnerships.
