Wildtype, a sister agency to Remedy Edge within Omnicom Health, seeks a Vice President of Group Experience Strategy. You will shape omnichannel customer engagement across complex brands, leading senior client discussions and coordinating across Brand Strategy, Creative, CRM and Analytics to deliver coherent customer experiences.

You will champion AI-enabled strategic solutions, ensure regulatory compliance for pharma campaigns, and drive high-impact, measurable outcomes for clients and agency

Competenze

• 10+ years of Engagement Strategy or Customer Experience Strategy in an advertising agency.
• Pharmaceutical client experience and knowledge of regulatory issues; oncology or rare disease experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting in new business pitches.
• Strong active listening and collaborative working style.
• Ability to run workshops in Zoom, Stormz, Miro and train others.

• Lead omnichannel strategy across complex brands and client engagements.
• Provide senior strategic oversight across oCX workstreams.
• Serve as a senior omnichannel advisor to marketing leaders and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑agency planning with Brand Strategy, Creative, Media, CRM, Analytics, Data, Technology, and Field teams.
• Oversee annual and tactical planning, activation planning, and measure outcomes.
• Develop AI-enabled strategic tools and repeatable processes for clients.
