Qualifications

• Design and evolve the division's governance architecture for leadership forums and escalation paths.
• Run the OKR framework as a governance discipline with reviews and accountability.
• Define and manage the divisional MI and analytics platform to drive insight.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration and communicate with senior technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the division's decision rights framework across leadership areas.
• Serve as primary advisor on governance design and decision‑making structure.
• Interface with Technology Risk Management on data flows and controls.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and cross‑domain reporting.
• Integrate financial, delivery, workforce and risk data into a unified leadership view.
• Identify patterns and indicators to inform strategic decisions beyond reporting.
