Job summary

Qualifications

• Combined 13+ years of education and/or work experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven ability to design and scale governance frameworks across large organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the division's governance architecture, including forums, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Lead OKR governance discipline with goal setting, reviews, and accountability.
• Develop and maintain the division's analytics platform and executive scorecards.
• Integrate financial, delivery, workforce, and risk data into a unified leadership view.
• Oversee risk management interfaces and maintain compliance posture.
• Leverage automation (e.g., ServiceNow) to standardize processes across teams.
