Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Chief of Staff for the Workforce & Experience Technology (WxT) team within Employee Platforms. You will partner with the WxT CTO to drive governance, execution, and outcomes across organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and financial management.

The role requires navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating strategy into action through strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program/project/technology management or operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in resource management, budgeting, and governance.
• Ability to influence across teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enablement/Chief of Staff function for WxT and Employee Platforms CTO, overseeing spend, reviews, forecasts, and budget alignment.
• Lead portfolio governance activities and provide executive-level performance insights and OKRs alignment.
• Partner on annual budget planning and monthly reviews for financial discipline and strategic alignment.
• Establish and manage leadership operating rhythms to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Create and maintain cadenced processes to ensure consistent execution of deliverables.
