Qualifications

• 6+ years in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear actions and recommendations.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking to solve business, technical, and operational problems.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with strong data sensitivity awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including facilitation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enablement/Chief of Staff for WxT and Employee Platforms CTO, overseeing technology spend, monthly reviews, forecasts, and budget alignment.
• Own portfolio governance, reporting, and executive insights with engineering leads and product owners.
• Partner on annual budget planning and monthly reviews for HR/EX product initiatives.
• Establish and manage leadership operating rhythms to improve transparency and accountability.
• Develop cadenced processes to ensure consistent delivery and reduce toil.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs and ensure data handling compliance.
