Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in program/project/technology management or related roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across large organizations.
• Experience turning ambiguity into actionable plans and clear recommendations.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to lead through change in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; facilitation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enablement/CoS functions for WxT and Employee Platforms CTO; oversee budgets and forecast alignment.
• Manage portfolio governance, reporting, and executive performance insights with engineering and product leads.
• Collaborate on annual budget planning and monthly reviews for financial discipline.
• Establish leadership rhythms to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Create cadenced processes ensuring consistent delivery of initiatives.
• Leverage AI capabilities while validating outputs and handling data responsibly.
• Prepare briefing materials for CIO with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Partner on workforce planning, location strategy, and talent reviews.
• Support change management during transformation and restructuring efforts.
• Promote AI-assisted governance practices with human review and delivery alignment.
