Job summary

Octave is seeking a Vice President, Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and turn priorities into actions across the company.

In this senior leadership role, you will work across strategy, operations, product, sales, and finance, align leaders, and drive decisions, with responsibility for moving critical initiatives forward in a global SaaS environment.

This position offers high visibility and impact, travel as needed, and the chance to shape Octave's growth trajectory globally.

Qualifications

• Experience working closely with a CEO or C-suite executive.
• Proven track record in a global SaaS business.
• At least 10+ years of leadership in strategy or operations.
• Experience with Board activities and executive communications.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable plans and drive execution across functions.
• Set agendas around CEO priorities and ensure follow-through.
• Lead quarterly business review preparation with executives.
• Prepare concise briefings and materials for the CEO.
• Coordinate across strategy, operations, product, sales, and finance.
• Represent the CEO in key meetings when appropriate.
