Job summary

Octave Intelligence, plc seeks a Vice President, Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO, turning priorities into actionable plans. You will own cross-functional execution, influence leaders, and ensure timely decisions.

The role requires deep SaaS experience, global collaboration, and strong business judgment. You will manage CEO priorities, drive alignment, and provide candid, strategic advice across strategy, ops, product, sales, and finance.

Qualifications

Experience working closely with a CEO, C-suite executive, or executive leadership team.
Experience in a software or SaaS business, ideally in technology, industrial technology, or digital transformation.
A record of delivering results within an operating company, not only in an advisory or consulting role.
Experience with Board activities and executive communications.
10+ years of leadership experience in strategy, business operations, organizational transformation, or a related field.
Willingness to think broadly and do the detailed work needed to get things done.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good judgment and the confidence to disagree, challenge directly, and maintain strong working relationships.
Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work outside traditional business hours when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, management, or a related field
