Job summary

Rugiet Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to operate at the center of strategy and execution. You’ll translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, align the executive team, and drive critical projects across Finance, Product, Marketing, People, and Legal.

This role requires comfort with ambiguity and a bias for impact as Rugiet scales its US telemedicine platform. You’ll build financial models, prepare strategic briefs for the CEO, and lead cross-functional efforts that shape company

Qualifications

5+ years in strategic operations roles (consulting, IB, PE, or high-growth startups).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Strong financial acumen: model-building, P&L reading, and narrative synthesis.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; experience supporting a CEO or senior execs.

Responsibilities

Own CEO leverage: briefing, context, and timely information for decisions.
Lead strategic initiatives: high-priority projects and market/operational analyses.
Drive leadership alignment: cadence, planning, and OKR tracking to ensure follow-through.
Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive communications.
