Datavant is seeking a Chief of Staff reporting to the Chief Science Officer. You will partner with Science Leadership to translate vision into priorities, coordinate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations, and manage critical initiatives with disciplined execution.

The ideal candidate blends scientific depth with strategic thinking and the ability to drive complex programs in a fast-paced, data-driven healthcare setting.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of industry experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience in roles requiring scientific judgment, strategic problem-solving, and leadership of complex initiatives across scientific, technical, commercial, and operations functions.

Aufgaben

• Define annual and quarterly priorities with the CSO and Science Leadership Team.
• Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and success measures.
• Manage Science Leadership Team operations, including agendas and follow-through.
• Coordinate with Finance and Commercial on pipeline forecasts and capacity planning.
• Develop an integrated view of service delivery, product science support, and client outcomes.
• Prepare presentations and decision documents for the CSO and represent the CSO in internal meetings.
