Datavant is seeking a Chief of Staff reporting to the Chief Science Officer, serving as a trusted strategic and operations partner to translate the Science Team vision into clear priorities and impact for Datavant’s Life Sciences business.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment, manage agendas and decisions, and track progress on key initiatives.

Formación

• At least 7 years of industry experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience in roles requiring scientific judgment, strategic problem-solving, and leadership of complex initiatives across scientific, technical, commercial, and operations functions.
• Strong executive communication skills, including experience developing presentations, decision documents, and scientific or strategic narratives for senior leaders.]
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Define annual and quarterly priorities for the Science Team.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and success measures.
• Coordinate Science Team input for commercial strategy and product roadmap prioritization.
• Lead selected change initiatives across the Science organization.
• Prepare presentations and decision documents for the CSO.
