Job summary

Datavant is a data collaboration platform for healthcare, hiring a Chief of Staff to support the CSO and Science Leadership Team. The role focuses on translating the Science Team vision into clear priorities and meaningful impact across product, engineering, commercial, finance, and operations.

The ideal candidate combines scientific depth with strategic thinking and strong organizational skills, able to independently conceive and implement solutions that drive business outcomes in Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of industry experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define annual and quarterly priorities for the Science Team.
• Translate priorities into plans, milestones, ownership, and success measures.
• Manage Science Leadership Team operations, including agendas and action tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional risks and decisions needing leadership attention.
• Develop integrated views of services delivery, product science support, and client outcomes.
• Prepare presentations and decision documents for the CSO.
