Job summary

Zifcare is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, driving OKRs and quarterly priorities. You will enable the CEO, streamline cross-functional workflows, and lead high-impact, cross-department projects in a fast-growing tech/AI startup environment.

You will translate strategy into executable plans, build analytics dashboards, and influence without authority while operating with ambiguity and high ownership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a high-performance environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a hyper-growth startup).
• McKinsey, BCG, Bain preferred
• Top-tier MBA strongly preferred
• Able to operate with ambiguity and drive cross-functional projects
• Highly analytical with strong storytelling and synthesis skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Own the cadence and execution of OKRs and quarterly priorities and translate strategy into actionable plans for leadership.
• CEO Enablement: Gatekeeper and facilitator for the CEO; manage information flow and prepare for Board meetings.
• Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks in cross-functional workflows and implement systems to improve efficiency.
• Data & Analytics: Build dashboards with department heads and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Bridge: Lead special projects (fundraising prep, M&A diligence, new market entry).
