Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc. seeks a Chief of Staff to act as strategic partner for the Kinston plant leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of governance cycles, transformational programs, and performance recovery efforts across the facility.

The role drives executive decision‑making, coordinates cross‑functional actions with HR, Finance, VSM, Engineering and Quality, and drafts executive briefings for SVPs and EVPs. 100% onsite in Kinston, NC with up to 10% travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, manufacturing or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in business administration or engineering management.
• 8+ years in aerospace manufacturing or related high‑level industrial environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site governance, KPI cascade and performance management for the Kinston plant.
• Drive operational transformation and cost‑reduction initiatives in collaboration with Finance.
• Direct Tier 1 strategic initiatives and cross‑functional recovery projects for site leadership.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, VSM, Engineering, Quality and Operations to align strategies.
