Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston is seeking an Assembly Specialist Mfg Manager to lead the S15 Assembly Line in Kinston, NC. The role entails technical leadership, oversight of manufacturing activities, and deputy support for the Business Unit Leader in their absence.

You will manage tools and jigs, drive safety and quality, coordinate multi-functional teams, and report progress to senior management. Associates degree is required with 4+ years in aviation manufacturing preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership in aviation manufacturing.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
