Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience with metallic and composite processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NCP team to deliver timely updates and improvements.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities at the Kinston plant.
• Manage risk and coordinate with stakeholders across sites.
• Develop assembly strategies and validate tools to ensure tolerances.
