You will drive budgeting, onboarding, leadership meetings, and cross-functional updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience (Chief of Staff) with budget, process development, and executive communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics and reporting with ROI tracking and executive insights.
• 6+ years managing and optimizing structured business processes including recruiting and onboarding.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication for executive materials.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent results.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage budget across portfolio and prepare ROI narratives for reviews.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting, onboarding, leadership workshops, and governance cadence.
• Executive communication: produce leadership updates and town hall content for internal/external stakeholders.
• Strategic planning and performance: support annual/mid-year planning and scorecard tracking.
• Talent management: run talent reviews, analyze engagement results and drive action items.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with peer Chiefs of Staff and Digital/Data/Analytics teams.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
