This role acts as the heartbeat of the leadership team, aligning priorities, streamlining operations, and driving cross‑functional initiatives that accelerate growth and innovation. You will harness AI and automation to improve workflows, reporting, and communication, support recruiting and compliance, and advise on key company objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, project management, or executive support.
• Healthcare/home care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity tech.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to align priorities and drive accountability.
• Lead crossdepartmental projects and operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into daily operations.
