Skan AI is seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff/Strategic Operations leader to partner with the CEO on defining priorities and driving execution. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, align leadership cadence, and support go-to-market and strategic growth initiatives across the organization.

You will thrive in a fast-growing AI enterprise, translating complex challenges into clear actions, building business cases, and guiding critical programs from scoping to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, startup operations, or a similarly rigorous environment.
• Exceptional problem solver with ability to break down ambiguity and drive toward clear answers.
• High agency with initiative and ability to act without waiting for instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to tailor messages for board meetings or Slack threads.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments; able to adapt as priorities shift.
• Genuine interest in AI and enterprise technology, with quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define strategic priorities and translate them into concrete plans with owners and milestones.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive offsites.
• Serve as a sounding board and thought partner to the CEO on key decisions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and build operating cadences to keep the company focused.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and collaborate with leaders to resolve them.
