Job summary

Ekho moves fast and is building the next era of vehicle commerce. We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders, own the operational layer, and drive high-priority projects across GTM, revenue operations, and enterprise accounts.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the leadership team to translate vague priorities into concrete plans, build dashboards, and scale the team as we grow.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in management consulting, investment banking, or startup operating roles.
• Proven ability to build systems and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent with AI and systems-thinking to reduce workload.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.

Responsibilities

• Extend CEO and leadership capacity by managing high-priority, cross-functional projects.
• Lead investor communications and leadership reviews.
• Run point on high-priority, cross-functional projects from framing through execution.
• Build dashboards to track performance, account health, and KPIs.
• Back up enterprise accounts at QBR and renewal levels; help solve client challenges.
• Turn vague priorities into actionable plans with real owners and timelines.
• Support hiring and team scaling as we grow.
