Qualifications

• Proven ability and experience leading large-scale data and analytics transformation at scale (required), AI readiness.
• AI-enabled – hands‑on fluency with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to AI footprint.

Responsibilities

• Drives IT leadership operating cadence with staff meetings and reviews.
• Shapes and operationalizes strategy, including planning and OKR tracking.
• Leads and orchestrates high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives end to end.
• Leads change management to evolve IT into an AI-first team and drives adoption of new platforms.
