Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) or more years of software engineering, systems software, infrastructure software, or data center platform development experience.
• Six (6) or more years of leadership experience managing software engineering teams and cross-functional execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall software architecture, development, integration, and execution for Qualcomm’s Data Center platforms spanning server CPU, networking, and platform management.
• Own the end-to-end software roadmap to enable scalable data center systems including firmware interfaces, orchestration, observability, telemetry, lifecycle management, and deployment readiness.
• Drive software strategy and execution across CPUs, networking fabrics, storage integration, system management, and cloud-native infrastructure for hyperscaler and enterprise deployments.
• Build and scale a high-performing global software engineering organization with strong execution discipline and accountability.
