The role manages cadence, aligns cross-functional priorities, and accelerates decision velocity with stakeholders globally.

Leading staffing, budgets, and performance metrics, you will enable rapid execution while navigating a complex matrix organization and communicating executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field with 10+ years of business operations or related experience.
• OR Associate’s degree with 12+ years of business operations or related experience; advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional operational strategies and mentor others on systems and processes.
• Present updates on systems enhancements, products, and metrics to leadership.
• Oversee large, complex projects and ensure timely execution and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve schedule conflicts and changes.
• Develop and track KPIs, forecasts, and organizational performance.
