Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Executive leadership experience in business operations, corporate administration, strategic execution, or a similar capacity.
• Proven experience working directly with a CEO, President, or business owner.
• Demonstrated success leading company-wide initiatives and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate multiple functional areas.
• Experience in real estate or investment-related industries is highly preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, Chief Administrative Officer, VP of Business Operations, or VP of Administration is highly desirable.

Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ | 100% Onsite

Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 Base + Bonus

Sol Rise Staffing is partnering with an established, privately held organization to identify a Chief of Staff who will work directly with the CEO to strengthen business performance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support the organization's continued growth.

This is a newly created, highly visible leadership position for a commercially minded executive who brings a broad understanding of business operations and knows how to turn strategic priorities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
