Job summary

Family First Health is seeking an experienced clinical leader to serve as Senior Director of Therapy Services. This role provides leadership and oversight for therapy services, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, family-centered care.

The position emphasizes non-clinical leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with Medical Operations, HR, and executive leadership to expand pediatric and adult therapy programs while maintaining clinical quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania license in PT/OT/SLP.
• Minimum 7 years of therapy experience with at least 3 in leadership roles.
• Experience with multidisciplinary therapy operations, quality, staff leadership, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and multiyear plans for pediatric and other therapy services.
• Set and monitor goals for patient access, scheduling, productivity, outcomes, and patient experience.
• Oversee operations, capacity planning, documentation standards, and program integration.
• Lead budget planning and monitor revenue, expenses, reimbursement trends, and forecasts.
• Supervise therapy directors/managers and clarify reporting relationships.
• Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and coordination across disciplines.
