Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Clinic Director and ensure smooth, high-quality outpatient services for pediatric therapy teams.

You will oversee clinic operations, staffing, onboarding, and performance management while coordinating with administration to deliver patient-centered care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy disciplines. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Speech, Occupational, or Physical therapist in California.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Raintree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day clinical operations of the site.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director on staffing, patient flow, scheduling, and admin processes.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and documentation.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
• Provide weekly reports to Clinic Director and Headquarters.
• Mentor clinicians across disciplines and coordinate care transitions.
• Support the Site Manager with equipment, supplies, and space readiness.
