Job summary

Keller Executive Search is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a mature, multi-location organization. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to drive performance across B2B and B2C operations.

You will lead across locations, set goals, monitor budgets, coach leaders, and partner with other functions. Significant travel is required to stay connected with teams and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• Significant senior-level operations leadership experience within a B2C/B2B environment.
• Experience leading complex, multi-location or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and targets.
• Data-driven decision making using financial information and performance measures.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing multiple levels of operational management.
• Proven track record of improving performance and consistency.
• Hands-on leadership with close connection to operations.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial performance across a complex, geographically dispersed business.
• Establish operating goals, performance expectations, and priorities aligned with broader objectives.
• Monitor performance against budgets, targets, and key KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, consistency, and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational leadership teams.
• Strengthen accountability and management effectiveness across the organization.
• Identify leadership gaps and support development of management talent.
• Guide organizational decisions within the operations function.
• Maintain connection to the business through regular engagement with locations.
• Evaluate resource needs and support operational investments.
• Partner with other functions across the organization.
• Lead broader operational improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to business planning and strategic decisions as part of senior leadership.
