Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive-level leadership experience in multi-unit restaurants or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale business strategies.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience in menu innovation, guest experience enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Leadership: shape and execute the company’s overall business strategy; define performance goals; identify opportunities for innovation.
• Operational Oversight & Management: ensure efficiency, profitability, brand standards, and customer satisfaction; monitor performance and resolve issues.
• People & Development: lead staffing strategy; oversee hiring, training, and retention; foster a culture of growth.
• Business Development & Growth Strategy: evaluate new opportunities; oversee new location launches; monitor market trends and partnerships.
• Industry Engagement & Competitive Analysis: stay informed on trends; build relationships in hospitality; attend events.
• Problem Solving & Crisis Management: conduct site visits; address challenges; gather customer and staff insights to drive improvements.
