This senior leader will establish clear accountability, build scalable processes, and work with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future of our operations.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive growth, improve service levels, and ensure operational readiness across markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior operational leadership experience in high-service environments.
• Proven ability to build accountability and scalable processes.
• Experience leading managers across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Track record of growth, expansion or new-market launches.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for company operations.
• Develop clear operational processes, expectations and KPIs.
• Lead and develop operational managers and teams.
• Ensure readiness for new markets, contracts and client launches.
• Identify and resolve gaps before they become problems.
• Monitor meaningful operational KPIs.
• Plan workforce with People Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement for service, efficiency, scalability.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy and growth.
