Job summary

Chanty is seeking a founding Growth/GTM leader to join as a co-founder. You will own the go-to-market strategy for Chanty's first multiplayer AI platform for healthcare, guiding product-market fit and driving early traction in the US market.

This is a true founding role with meaningful ownership and the opportunity to build a scalable growth engine from the ground up. Initial salary will begin after a 2–3 month ramp, with equity aligned to impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Healthcare GTM experience is highly preferred.

Chanty is building the first multiplayer AI platform for healthcare. We are HIPAA-compliant staff communication platform that is WhatsApp-simple and Slack-powerful. We7ve developed HIPAA-compliant AI which is rather unique product for US market.

We already have our first 50 customers across the US, strong early traction, and clear signs of product-market fit. Now, we7re ready to turn that momentum into rapid growth.

We7re looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on healthcare growth or go-to-market experience
• Knows how to turn early traction into a repeatable growth engine
• Moves quickly and thrives in an early-stage environment
• Wants to build a category-defining company as a co-founder
