IES Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Technology to lead a strategic technology transformation, driving the Dynamics 365 ERP and ADP Lyric HRIS implementations across corporate and divisional operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
10+ years technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a VP role.
Operational background with P&L or profit center management.
Demonstrated success leading a large-scale ERP implementation (Dynamics 365 preferred).
Experience in multi-site, multi-business-unit, or decentralized environments.
Willingness to work on-site at IES's Houston, TX headquarters.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation across corporate functions and BUs.
Oversee concurrent ADP Lyric HRIS implementation with payroll and benefits integration.
Develop and execute implementation roadmap including scope, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate with divisional leadership to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
Architect system integrations to ensure data integrity and continuity.
Manage relationships with vendors and integrators with accountability for delivery.
