IES Holdings seeks a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Technology to lead a technology transformation, driving ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and HRIS (ADP Lyric) implementations across corporate and divisional operations while building on IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise software capabilities.

The SVP will report to the President & CEO and align technology initiatives with business goals, serving as the enterprise technology leader for corporate platforms and shared services in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including VP level.
• Operational with P&L or profit center management.
• Led large ERP implementations (Dynamics 365 preferred; SAP/Oracle acceptable).
• Experience in multi-site, multi-unit or decentralized environments.
• Knowledge of construction/engineering workflows and field ops tech.
• On-site work at Houston, TX headquarters required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Dynamics 365 rollout across finance, supply chain, and projects.
• Lead the ADP Lyric HRIS deployment and payroll integration.
• Develop and execute an implementation roadmap with scope, timeline, budget.
• Coordinate with divisional leaders to drive adoption with minimal disruption.
• Architect integration between Dynamics 365, ADP Lyric, and existing apps.
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery accountability.
