Finance of America seeks an executive leader to advance AI/ emerging tech efforts, aligning data science programs with risk and privacy requirements. You will drive strategic direction, program governance, and cost optimization across enterprise initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in risk/AI with senior management experience, and strong collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Technology Risk teams. A Bachelor’s is required; Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in risk management, AI, and IT with 4+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in financial services environment preferred.
• Budgeting and cost-efficiency skills.
• Ability to lead across large programs and manage open-ended challenges.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage resources across multi-innovation programs (Data Science, ML, AI).
• Balance long-range planning with budget management and vendor selection.
• Ensure data operations align with risk and privacy frameworks.
• Provide strategic leadership to Emerging Tech Programs across the company.
• Develop metrics and reporting to measure program efficiency and outcomes.
