Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, IT Audit or related disciplines within financial services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of the Technology Risk Management framework, aligned to industry standards.
• Translates regulatory expectations into pragmatic controls across Technology and Product teams.
• Drives definition and monitoring of technology risk appetite, tolerances, and KRIs.
• Oversees enterprise-wide identification of technology risks across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Third-party ecosystems.
• Delivers data-driven risk insights and reporting to senior leadership.
• Evolves risk reporting to forward-looking, decision-enabling intelligence.
• Drives continuous improvement of control maturity to meet regulatory expectations.
• Partners with Technology teams to implement scalable automated controls.
• Ensures timely execution of regulatory exams, audits, and remediation.
• Oversees end-to-end issue management lifecycle and remediation of high-risk items.
• Leads adoption of automation and tooling to enhance risk identification and reporting.
• Promotes integration of risk management into SDLC and product development processes.
• Establishes governance for AI and emerging technologies.
