Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in healthcare.
• Experience in a large matrixed organization with operations, finance and growth.
• Direct work with healthcare leadership including physicians.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams and manage budgets and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership to medical offices while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinic operations, budgeting, staffing, and performance against service metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities with regional teams and clinical programs.
• Collaborate with care, programs, finance, and leadership to deliver community-aligned services.
• Provide operational feedback to providers and clinic staff to guide programs.
• Lead budgeting processes and support DEI initiatives within clinics.
• Participate in budget, space and capital planning for clinics.
• Hire and develop Directors of Operations and clinic managers.
• Support strategic priorities and represent clinics on committees and boards.
