Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation seeks an Executive Director, Clinical Operations to lead the Humboldt clinics, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused care within budget and regulatory guidelines.

The role partners with regional teams to drive growth, operational excellence, and strategic physician engagement across specialties. Onsite leadership and collaboration with cross-functional partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred).
• 7 years of management experience; experience in progressively responsible roles with leadership and change management (preferably in Healthcare).
• Experience in a large matrixed organization including operations, finance, quality, risk and growth.
• Must have worked directly with healthcare leadership including physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership to medical offices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinic operations including workforce strategies, budgeting, access, financial performance, and service metrics.
• Identify and scope growth opportunities with local and regional teams.
• Collaborate with primary care, Clinical Programs, Value Teams, acute care, division and system leadership to provide programs and services.
• Provide operational feedback to providers and leadership to influence programs.
