Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Operations to lead specialty clinics in Sonoma County. This onsite role reports to the Providence Medical Foundation Executive Team and shapes strategy, operational performance and clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare leadership, strong financial stewardship, and a proven track record in coordinating physician-led initiatives to deliver high-quality patient care at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/Healthcare Administration).
• Master's degree preferred in administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and healthcare leaders.
• Experience in operations, finance, quality, risk and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Directors of Clinic Operations and clinic managers.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to align strategy and growth.
• Develop budgets and monitor performance across clinics.
• Lead change initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency.
