Job summary

Providence Clinic Operations is seeking an experienced Manager to provide leadership in developing and implementing management and patient care systems across multiple clinics. You will drive cost-effective, high-quality operations and integrate clinical practices to enhance the patient experience.

You will lead staff to deliver timely, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with clinical policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Healthcare.
• Or 6 years healthcare or job related experience.
• 4 years Leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.
• Lead staff to ensure timely patient care services sensitive to patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures; participate in PCN-wide projects, committees or task forces.
